, we are looking for a results-driven and data-focused Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates to meet campaign goals.

Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted ad delivery.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy aligned with the brand identity.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.

Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient ad spend allocation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and new digital tools to enhance marketing performance.

Coordinate with the e-commerce and social media teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve website traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
