Job Overview:

We are hiring a
Performance Marketing Executive
with
1–3 years of experience
in digital marketing. The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
and working with
international clients
in markets such as the
US, UK, and Canada
.

Please apply only if you have proven experience managing Meta Ads for international clients. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Optimize campaigns to improve
    CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct audience research and create high-performing ad creatives
  • Set up and manage
    Facebook Pixel
    and
    Conversion API (CAPI)
    for accurate tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance, report key insights, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital agency or similar role
  • Strong command of
    Meta Ads Manager
    and performance marketing strategy
  • Proven experience handling international client campaigns (
    US, UK, CAD
    )
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Meta Blueprint certification
    is a plus
