Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Lahore. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing project completion, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with Digibit.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
  • Experience in project management and overseeing project completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to client concerns
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Experience in the marketing or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
