Nexus92 is on the lookout for a Client Relationship Manager
who can be the bridge between clients and our internal teams—someone naturally tuned into client vibes, quick to understand the unspoken, and always ready with thoughtful solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Serve as a friendly, reliable go-to contact for client communication and support
  • Anticipate client needs and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Keep a pulse on client satisfaction and spot potential issues before they arise
  • Maintain clear, organized records of all client interactions and project updates
  • Contribute to ongoing client success strategies and support retention initiatives

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a client-facing, customer support, or account management role
  • Naturally articulate, confident communicator with strong interpersonal instincts
  • Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and keep things running smoothly
  • Solution-oriented mindset—you see challenges as opportunities
  • Comfortable using modern CRM tools and adapting to tech-friendly environments
  • A people-person at heart, with an intuitive sense of what makes others feel heard and valued
