Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and industry events.

Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for the agency's marketing and advertising services.

Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and marketing events.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or client servicing—preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of marketing concepts and agency services.

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Preferred Attributes:

Good interpersonal skills and professional grooming.

Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.

Creative thinker with an understanding of current marketing trends.

Prior experience dealing with corporate clients or brand managers is an advantage.
