Job Description:

We are looking for a
female Business Development Executive
to join our team
onsite in Madina Town, Faisalabad
.

The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and skilled in
bidding on Upwork
, handling
client communication (audio/video meetings)
, performing
business analysis
, managing
projects
, and conducting
quality assurance (QA)
.

This role combines
business development, project management, and client coordination
— ideal for someone who understands the
web and mobile app development lifecycle
and can ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write
    professional, customized proposals
    and bid on
    Upwork and similar platforms
    .
  • Conduct
    audio and video meetings
    confidently with international clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and prepare
    clear project scopes and documentation
    .
  • Coordinate with the design and development teams for
    smooth project execution
    .
  • Perform
    QA testing
    to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan and manage project
    timelines, milestones, and reports
    .
  • Develop and implement
    strategies to improve Upwork performance and project conversions
    .
  • Handle
    client onboarding, progress tracking, and feedback communication
    .
  • Use project management tools like
    Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira
    for tracking tasks and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
    (Onsite role).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
    .
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    as a Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder / Project Manager / Business Analyst.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (both spoken and written).
  • Confident in handling
    client meetings via audio/video calls
    .
  • Understanding of
    web and mobile app development
    for effective client discussions.
  • Strong
    QA and documentation skills
    with attention to detail.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using
    CRM and project management tools
    (Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Asana).
  • Knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Basic technical understanding of
    HTML, CSS, APIs, or CMS platforms
    is a plus.
