About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as a
Managed Database Services Internee
. In this role, you will focus on supporting, managing, and optimizing database environments to ensure the highest level of performance, security, and availability. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about database technologies and eager to grow their careers in the IT infrastructure and cloud services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and management of managed database solutions such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL and MongoDB databases.
  • Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing solutions to ensure optimal operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities such as backups, recovery testing, and security updates under supervision.
  • Collaborate with senior database administrators and IT teams to ensure seamless operation and integration of database services.
  • Learn and assist in automating database management tasks using modern tools and scripting languages.
  • Support compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
  • Document database processes, configurations, and solutions to build a knowledge base.
  • Stay updated on emerging database technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (graduation within the last 6 months, students who are in last semester can also apply).
  • Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
