Devsol Managed Services is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our client restaurant located at DHA Khi. The role involves managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring high service standards, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware, and capable of leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.

· Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff while maintaining a positive team culture and reducing turnover.

· Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and control food and beverage costs.

· Ensure compliance with Sindh Food Authority standards, local labor laws, and all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

· Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

· Track and analyze sales, expenses, and operational performance; prepare regular reports for management.

· Plan and execute promotions, social media campaigns, and partnerships with delivery platforms (FoodPanda) to drive sales.

· Maintain and update SOPs for smooth and consistent service delivery.

· Collaborate with senior management to set financial and operational targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

10 years of proven experience in restaurant or food service management.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost control, and customer service standards.

Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
