Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Accounts Manager, located in Islamabad. The Technical Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves overseeing projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with the technical team to address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Technical skills in providing support and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Proficiency in Sales and ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
  • Project Management skills with the ability to oversee and deliver projects on time
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Technical background in relevant fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
