We're looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Store Manager to manage and grow multiple online stores across platforms like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. You'll be responsible for product research, listings, ads management, customer support, and overall store performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
  • Perform product research & hunting for trending and profitable items.
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images).
  • Run and manage ad campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and sales.
  • Handle customer queries and support tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Track performance metrics, sales, and ROI using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for product launches and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing online stores on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, and/or TikTok Shop.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce marketing and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with product sourcing tools Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills written & verbal.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
