Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content).
Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing strategies.
Implement SEO and PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
Handle Amazon Seller Central operations including FBA/FBM management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
Resolve customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain positive ratings.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to avoid account issues.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and future growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer support) to streamline processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
