We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and goals
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
