Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Instagram DMs)
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted email campaigns, and Instagram direct messages. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured outreach processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Send personalized outreach messages on LinkedIn and Instagram DMs.
• Craft and schedule email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects.
• Track outreach results and optimize strategies for higher conversion.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with Instagram DM outreach.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
