Market Outreach Specialist

is looking for a Sales Engagement Specialist who can help us strengthen our presence in the US market through smart, strategic, and personalized outreach.
What You'll Do:
Identify and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build relationships and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate data and progress tracking within CRM tools.
Contribute to overall sales growth by ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement.
What We're Looking For:
3–4 years of experience in Sales / SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (US or international market).
Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
A proactive, energetic approach to outbound engagement.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets.
