Greetly AI seeks a Growth and Outreach Specialist who manages lead generation across
LinkedIn
, Upwork and outbound email channels. The role focuses on consistent execution, clear communication, and reliable pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Upwork bidding. Identify suitable projects, prepare proposals, and maintain follow ups.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach. Build target lists, send connection requests, run follow ups, and track outcomes.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns using tools such as Apollo and Instantly. Create sequences, manage deliverability, and monitor metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and performance.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations when leads convert.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Clear and concise writing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a lead generation channel.
  • Hands on experience with outbound email tools such as Apollo or Instantly.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily activity targets.
  • Basic understanding of AI or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
