Job Description

We are seeking an IT assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and technology infrastructure.

  • Computer Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software, running virus scans, and ensuring backups are completed.
  • Network Administration: assist in monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and system updates.
  • Training: Provide basic training to employees on software applications and hardware usage.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
