Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to provide excellent service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and friendly assistance across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, or resolving account-related issues.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring concerns and improve customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and email/chat tools.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
