Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, entering, updating, and maintaining company data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and availability for business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, input, and manage data in company databases and software systems.
  • Verify accuracy of data and correct errors to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Organize and update records to ensure data remains current and complete.
  • Generate reports and summaries from collected data as required by management.
  • Ensure proper storage and backup of sensitive company data.
  • Assist in developing data management procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies regarding data security and privacy.
  • Coordinate with different departments to retrieve or share required data efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
