RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Assistant Manager for Executive Hiring is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate hiring. The Asst. Manager will also be involved with some international activity.

The Assistant Recruitment Manager's primary focus will be:

  • The attraction and recruitment of the top external talent into the business.
  • Identifying the appropriate routes to market, to ensure KPI's are met.
  • The on-going development of their team, and support of their peers.
  • The design and delivery of recruitment materials that support our core values.
  • Appropriate and consistent communication to the business regarding all recruitment activity

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in vendor coordination and should have good PR skills
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the Recruitment field, in a supervisory/ managerial capacity, is required for this position
  • Experience managing corporate hiring team in the BPO industry is highly desired
  • Analytical skills with Creative out of the box thinking process.
  • Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
  • Flexibility in various work situations
  • Strong email and oral communication skills
  • Project management
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid project deadlines.
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Skilled in creating and presenting executive presentations.
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
  • Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills including knowledge of survey and market research procedures.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field
