RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Manager for Executive Hiring is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate hiring. The Asst. Manager will also be involved with some international activity.
The Assistant Recruitment Manager's primary focus will be:
- The attraction and recruitment of the top external talent into the business.
- Identifying the appropriate routes to market, to ensure KPI's are met.
- The on-going development of their team, and support of their peers.
- The design and delivery of recruitment materials that support our core values.
- Appropriate and consistent communication to the business regarding all recruitment activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced in vendor coordination and should have good PR skills
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the Recruitment field, in a supervisory/ managerial capacity, is required for this position
- Experience managing corporate hiring team in the BPO industry is highly desired
- Analytical skills with Creative out of the box thinking process.
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
- Flexibility in various work situations
- Strong email and oral communication skills
- Project management
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
- Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid project deadlines.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Skilled in creating and presenting executive presentations.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
- Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills including knowledge of survey and market research procedures.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
- Highly attentive to details
- Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field
