Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Marketing
to drive growth and build strong B2B partnerships.
Role Overview:
The
Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Marketing
will be responsible for driving corporate business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence across key B2B and institutional channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for brand building, strong business acumen, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients, catering companies, institutions, and hospitality partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability standards.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order execution and client servicing.
Marketing:
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align B2B initiatives with overall brand strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Support in the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and corporate communication materials.
- Track performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
. - 3–5 years
of experience in
corporate/B2B sales and marketing
, preferably in the
food, FMCG, or hospitality industry
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
digital marketing platforms
. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
