Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Account Executive, located in Lahore. The Assistant Account Executive will assist in maintaining client relationships, handling client communication, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves coordinating with team members, managing account documentation, assisting with the development and execution of account plans, conducting market research, and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with the hotel industry is a plus
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
