Job Description:

Bawa & Co, located in Aurangzeb Market Saddar, is seeking energetic and responsible Shop Staff to join our motorcycle parts retail team. If you have an interest in motorcycles and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting motorcycle parts
  • Identify and suggest correct parts based on customer needs or models (CD70, CG125, etc.)
  • Keep shelves stocked and organized
  • Manage cash and digital payments via POS or mobile apps
  • Respond to phone and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
  • Keep the shop clean and presentable
  • Support stock-taking, ordering, and inventory management
  • Work with workshop clients for part matching and support

Requirements:

  • Matriculation required; Intermediate preferred
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycles and parts
  • Previous experience in auto parts retail is a plus
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Basic mobile or computer usage skills

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sunday off)

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

  • اسٹاک کو ترتیب سے رکھنا اور شیلف دوبارہ بھرنا
  • نقدی اور ڈیجیٹل ادائیگیاں سنبھالنا
  • فون کالز اور واٹس ایپ پیغامات کا جواب دینا
  • دکان کی صفائی اور ترتیب کا خیال رکھنا
  • اسٹاک کا حساب رکھنا اور کمی کی اطلاع دینا
  • مکینک حضرات یا ورکشاپ گاہکوں کے ساتھ پارٹس کی شناخت میں مدد

ضروریات:

  • کم از کم میٹرک (انٹرمیڈیٹ ترجیحی)
  • موٹر سائیکل پارٹس کا بنیادی علم
  • اگر پہلے کسی آٹو پارٹس کی دکان پر کام کیا ہو تو ترجیح دی جائے گی
  • خوش اخلاق، ایماندار اور وقت کے پابند
  • موبائل یا کمپیوٹر کے بنیادی استعمال کی سمجھ بوجھ
  • ٹیم کے ساتھ کام کرنے کی صلاحیت

کام کے اوقات:

صبح 9 بجے تا شام 7 بجے (اتوار چھٹی)

تنخواہ:

تجربے کے مطابق طے ہوگی

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
