About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in accounting software/ERP.
  • Support preparation of invoices, vouchers, and expense claims.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial queries.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager/Senior Executive.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of relevant experience will be a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
