Position: Junior HR Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, support recruitment activities, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee files, records, and documentation according to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation, exit forms).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documents (offer letters, warning letters, confirmations, etc.).
  • Assist in performance review coordination and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Location: G13, Islamabad.

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
