Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will manage day-to-day property management tasks, such as coordinating with tenants, handling lease renewals, providing administrative support, and Cold Calling as per requirement. The role also involves using property management software like Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, and coordinating with the team to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Property Management software like Appfolio, Buildium, Rent Manager is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills, including task management and tenant communication
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and Wave
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
