To strengthen our sales force, we are hiring Freelance Sales Executives who will work with company-provided leads, SIMs, and office facilities — enjoying flexibility like freelancers but with complete company support.

Position Overview

Freelance Sales Executives will handle client leads, conduct follow-ups, and close property deals. The company provides verified leads, communication packages, and an office setup to ensure productivity and performance. Executives will earn 50% of the total revenue generated from their closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert company-provided leads into successful sales.

Build strong and long-term relationships with potential clients.

Conduct property visits, client meetings, and professional follow-ups.

Represent Takbeer Properties in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Work in coordination with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets.

Maintain daily performance updates and lead reports.

Company Support Provided

Verified sales leads from the company.

Active SIMs and communication packages for client handling.

Office workspace with all essential facilities.

Marketing and branding support.

Management guidance and regular mentorship sessions.

Compensation Structure

50% of total revenue (commission) on every successful sale.
