AI Automation Engineer - Full time Onsite

AZ Technologies is looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to join our team and handle the setup, integration, and ongoing optimization of our AI and automation systems. Responsibilities


• Automation & Workflow Setup: Build and maintain workflows in GoHighLevel, n8n, or to streamline client operations.


• AI Voice & Chat Agents: Configure, test, and optimize Retell AI voice agents and chat AI prompts for best performance.


• API & Webhook Integrations: Design, implement, and troubleshoot webhooks and API connections between platforms (especially EMRs/EHRs and GoHighLevel).


• Data Syncing: Ensure seamless bidirectional data transfer between systems, including patient/client records, appointment data, and campaign tracking.


• Prompt Engineering: Develop effective prompts for AI voice and chat agents to maximize natural interactions and conversion outcomes.


• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.


• Documentation & SOPs: Create clear process documentation for repeatable fulfillment tasks.

Requirements


• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, n8n or , and API/webhook configurations.


• Strong knowledge of Retell AI or other conversational AI platforms.


• Solid understanding of EMR/EHR systems and how to connect them with external tools.


• Strong skills in webhooks, JSON, API requests/responses, and error handling.


• Familiarity with prompt engineering for voice/chat AI.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex tech into clear processes.


• Bonus: Experience working with healthcare-related data integrations.
