We are seeking a 
fresh graduate with a strong interest in workflow automation, AI assistants, and intelligent process orchestration
. This role is designed for candidates eager to begin their careers by building automation workflows, developing AI-powered agents, and integrating systems to streamline business and customer operations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn how automation and AI come together to transform operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain 
    workflow automations
     that streamline internal business operations and data flows.
  • Develop, configure, and integrate 
    AI assistants and agents
     for both internal use and customer-facing applications.
  • Connect APIs, databases, and third-party services into 
    orchestrated, automated processes
    .
  • Support automation of reporting, data transfers, and routine tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Document automation workflows, AI agents, and integration processes for reusability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Computer Science
    , 
    Data Science
    , 
    AI
    , or 
    STEM
     field.
  • Strong foundation in 
    Python
     and ability to work with 
    APIs
    .
  • Understanding of 
    workflow automation
    concepts and process orchestration.
  • Familiarity with 
    low-code/no-code automation
    frameworks and ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts with interest in 
    AI assistants, agents, and conversational systems
    .
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to 
    cloud-native orchestration services
     (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience in 
    building custom AI agents
     using frameworks or libraries.
  • Knowledge of 
    ETL pipelines
     or automated data processing.
  • Familiarity with 
    NLP, LangChain, RAG or conversational AI
     (plus but not required).
  • Internship or academic project experience in automation, AI assistants, or system integrations.
