propstar technologies is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Customer Success Specialist

Location:
Onsite, propstar technologies

Work Timings:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary:
Open budget — based on skills and expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Manage client accounts, follow up on service progress, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client journey.
  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively work to strengthen retention and loyalty.
  • Represent propstar technologies with professionalism and consistency in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in English
    (neutral or American accent preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Prior experience in customer success, client handling, or account management is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Comfortable working the
    night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
    .
