propstar technologies is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Work Timings:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary:
Open budget — based on skills and expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored assistance to enhance their experience.
- Manage client accounts, follow up on service progress, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate records and notes of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client journey.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively work to strengthen retention and loyalty.
- Represent propstar technologies with professionalism and consistency in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in English
(neutral or American accent preferred). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive and analytical approach.
- Prior experience in customer success, client handling, or account management is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Comfortable working the
night shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
