Customer success and Product operations specialist

Microvision IT Solutions is hiring a Customer Success & Product Ops Specialist to support the onboarding and enablement journey of small business clients on the Go2Sell platform. You will be the first point of contact for new leads—from scheduling discovery calls to understanding client needs, clarifying how our platform works, and helping them set up their online store. You'll also support them in taking their first steps in digital marketing, SEO readiness, and social media engagement.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. You'll work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new leads and schedule discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Educate potential clients on Go2Sell's platform capabilities and guide them through setup.
- Assist in store creation, including onboarding steps like product upload, branding setup, and store configuration.
- Provide credentials and personalized onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries during onboarding and early adoption.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support client success in areas such as SEO setup, social media integration, and promotions.
- Identify common pain points and work with the product team to improve onboarding flows.
- Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems to ensure follow-ups and successful handoffs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; coordinate with internal teams to retain and grow client base
- Lead and participate in product presentations and proposal submissions to clients.
- Leverage SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive online traffic and sales (preferred).
- Contribute to business growth with a strategic, self-driven approach.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or product operations (experience in e-commerce or SaaS preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain new tools and features.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet business targets.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Good to have
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or social media engagement strategies.
