Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audit Associate located at our
Alipur Office
. The Audit Associate will support the audit and accounts team by conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting internal audits of financial transactions and systems.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and working papers.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws, corporate regulations, and internal controls.
  • Identify irregularities and report findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team on day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial data management.
  • Provide support during external/internal audits by preparing required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Qualified or part qualified CA/ACCA/ICMA preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in audit or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
