About Us:

Gunness & Associates is a leading immigration and consultancy firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their Canadian immigration goals. We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing, development, and operational projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects across marketing, development, and operations.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Marketing Oversight:
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation).
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns are launched and optimized.
  • Track performance and report ROI.
  • Development & Technology:
  • Manage website updates, integrations, and CRM (SuiteCRM/WordPress) improvements.
  • Liaise with developers, designers, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Operations & Team Coordination:
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Act as a bridge between management and staff/vendors.
  • Quality Control & Reporting:
  • Ensure all tasks and deliverables meet high-quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and project insights to management.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and solutions proactively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (preferably in marketing/tech/consulting).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and business operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, SuiteCRM, WordPress, Google Workspace.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
