Lead Generation Copywriter (Meta & Google Ads)

We're looking for a Lead Gen Copywriter who can craft ad campaigns that don't just sound good, they sell.

What You'll Do


•You'll be responsible for creating high-performing copy across multiple touchpoints of our lead generation funnel, from ad hooks to landing pages to nurture flows. Your words will drive clicks, conversions, and ROI.

**Key Responsibilities:

Ad Research & Strategy: Conduct research to define target avatars, offers, and messaging strategy for Meta and Google Ads.


•Ad Copywriting: Write scroll-stopping primary text, headlines, and lead form copy that convert.


•Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to develop ad creatives that align with your copy and strategy.


•Landing Page Copy: Write compelling, conversion-optimized landing page copy based on Figma wireframes.


•Nurture Flow: Create 7-day follow-up/nurture flows (SMS/Email) that build trust and drive conversions.


•Offer Creation: Collaborate on crafting irresistible offers that resonate with local audiences.


•$1M Receptionist Script & Pack Completion: Refine and implement high-converting sales scripts and deliverables for client campaigns.


•Quality Review: Conduct design and copy reviews for static ads to ensure alignment, clarity, and persuasive impact.


•Framework Building: Document working processes into repeatable frameworks to fast-track delivery and improve campaign performance.


•Performance Ownership: Take responsibility for the success of Meta & Google Ads campaigns from a copy and offer perspective.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:


•Proven experience in lead generation copywriting for Meta and/or Google Ads (portfolio required).


•Be responsible for the success of Meta ads and Google ads

Experience working with local markets and understanding regional audience nuances.


•Strong grasp of offer creation, value propositions, and customer psychology.


•Excellent command of persuasive and conversion-driven writing.


•Ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams.


•Familiarity with ClickUp, Figma, or GHL is a plus.


•Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset, you care about results, not just copy.
