Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage all infrastructure and development projects.
  • Develop and execute master plans, layouts, and project timelines aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee coordination between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Review and approve design proposals, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all projects comply with municipal, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Planning & Development team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Provide expert input to senior management on project feasibility, innovation, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
  • Must be a registered member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
  • Minimum
    10+ years of experience
    in planning, design, and development, with at least
    5 years in a senior management or leadership role
    .
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale
    real estate, housing, or infrastructure projects
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of project planning, design standards, and development regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously under strict timelines.
