We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee international IT service delivery and resource management projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple service delivery and deployment projects simultaneously.

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning to execution and closure.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and global engineers to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance and delivery reports.

Ensure compliance with SLA and NBD commitments.

Optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency across departments.

Mentor junior project coordinators and service delivery staff.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, IT, or Business Administration.

5+ years of experience in project or service delivery management (preferably in IT services or resource provider industry).

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Experience with global client handling and remote team coordination.

Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).

PMP, PRINCE2, or Google Project Management certification (preferred).

Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing SLA / NBD models and dispatch-based operations.

Excellent client relationship management.

Ability to manage pressure and ensure timely project completion.

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
