Job Responsibilities

  • Handle
    inbound and outbound calls
    related to vehicle shipping inquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering solutions and building trust.
  • Provide
    accurate quotes
    and negotiate rates confidently.
  • Follow up with clients through phone, email, or CRM tools.
  • Maintain and update client interactions and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth delivery processes.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
    .

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English
    ; a U.S. accent is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in
    sales, U.S. logistics, or call centers
    is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong
    communication, persuasion, and negotiation
    skills.
  • Must be
    comfortable with outbound sales and night shift work
    .
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM and call tools).
