Data Entry Operator

Lahore EME Society PO, Pakistan Achha Foods Full time 480,000 - 600,000 per year

· Enter daily financial transactions including purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense vouchers, and receipts into the accounting system/ERP.

· Record milk procurement, raw material, and packaging material data accurately in coordination with the procurement and production departments.

· Maintain updated records of suppliers, customers, and ledger entries.

· Assist in reconciling bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.

· Generate basic accounting reports (e.g., sales summary, purchase summary, stock consumption reports).

· Ensure all entries are supported with proper documentation and approvals.

· File and organize physical and electronic accounting records systematically.

· Coordinate with the accounts team during month-end and year-end closing.

· Maintain confidentiality of financial and business data.

· Perform any other tasks assigned by the Accounts Officer/Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
