We are hiring Cold Caller for a USA based Real Estate Company

Salary: Upto 60,000 PKR + Commission

Commission: 100$ on each closing

Office Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST)

Available Positions: 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
  • Present the benefits of receiving cash offers for their property.
  • Gather and document information on property condition, motivation to sell, and timelines.
  • Address inquiries and objections confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exceptional English communication skills with a clear accent.
  • Confidence and professionalism while engaging with clients over the phone.
  • Ability to work in the EST time zone (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time).
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent English proficiency are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
