About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and deep learning models, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world applications.
  • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for training and evaluation.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Develop APIs and services to integrate ML models into production environments.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and data scientists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
  • Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying ML solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model optimization.
  • Experience in MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
