  • Supervise pre-order site inspections, BOQ preparation, and ensure accurate technical specifications.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Develop training programs to strengthen technical, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Guide and support sales negotiations, pricing, and deal closures ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
  • Oversee post-sales support including inspection, installation, execution, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for smooth operations and issue resolution.
  • Monitor team performance, sales activities, and customer satisfaction through periodic reports.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt issue resolution and continuous feedback improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, and Communications on promotions, pricing, and execution.
  • Strengthen client relations, promote teamwork, uphold company integrity, and ensure proper use of resources.
  • Set a high standard in professionalism, commitment, and sales excellence.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Electrical or Electronics Engineering
    .
  • 4–5 years of experience
    in
    Technical Sales, Product Marketing, or Sales Support
    for electrical products (Busways, Transformers, Switchgear, LV/MV systems, Power Distribution Equipment).
  • Strong knowledge of
    BOQ preparation, site inspections, technical drawings, and engineered product specifications
    .
