Remote Job: Program Trainer & Program Coordinator

We are a European-based company seeking experienced professionals to join our team as a Program Trainer and Program Coordinator. Both roles are fully remote, contract-based, and milestone-driven, with flexible hourly pay.

Contract Details

Type: Remote, milestone-based contract

Compensation: Hourly pay

Trial Period: 3–5 days unpaid trial (to evaluate skills and fit)

Time Zone: Must be available during CET (Central European Time) working hours

Location: Remote — work from anywhere

1. Program Trainer

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, structured training sessions remotely.

Design and adapt training materials to fit learner needs.

Track and report participant progress based on milestones.

Provide constructive feedback and recommend program improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of training experience.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Proven ability to deliver effective remote training.

Reliable, self-motivated, and deadline-focused.

Availability to work in CET hours.

2. Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of remote training programs.

Coordinate schedules, trainers, and participants.

Monitor milestone progress and ensure timely delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for trainers and stakeholders.

Generate reports and track program outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of coordination or project management experience.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a remote setting.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Availability to work in CET hours.

Fully remote — work from anywhere

Milestone-based, hourly pay

3–5 day unpaid trial required

5+ years of experience required
