What We're Looking For

- Deep understanding of the web3 and financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to organizational growth as a core member of the operations team.
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships across LATAM.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to external partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful events, content, and offers.
- Design and implement activation and growth programs.
- Achieve ambitious business objectives aligned with company goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, documentation, and CRM hygiene.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development or related roles.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and deal lifecycle management skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to B2B sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Experience working in both U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Interest or background in crypto and blockchain.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
