Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to organizational growth as a core member of the operations team.
  • Develop and expand strategic partnerships across LATAM.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful events, content, and offers.
  • Design and implement activation and growth programs.
  • Achieve ambitious business objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication, documentation, and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development or related roles.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and deal lifecycle management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Experience working in both U.S. and LATAM markets.
  • Interest or background in crypto and blockchain.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
