About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated
Business Development Associate\ Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients in the
US healthcare sector
, introduce our services, and build long-term customer relationships. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to grow their career in sales and business development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    outbound cold calls
    to prospective clients in the US healthcare sector to introduce and promote the company's services.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting
    client relationships
    through professional and effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue
    new business opportunities
    to support sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Learn and adapt to the company's
    sales processes, systems, and tools
    to ensure efficient performance.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure
    campaign success
    and contribute to overall business development goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
    (both spoken and written) are essential.
  • Strong
    interpersonal skills
    with confidence in making outbound calls.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to
    learn, adapt, and grow
    in a professional environment.
  • Flexibility to work in
    night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM) Onsite
    aligned with US business hours.
  • Fresh graduates
    (any discipline) are strongly encouraged to apply.
