Ebs is a Chartered Accountancy and bookkeeping services firm operating in the UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented
Data Mining Intern
who can assist in extracting, analyzing, and organizing data to help us improve our business insights and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and process financial and operational data relevant to bookkeeping and accounting services.
  • Mine data to identify trends, client behavior, and patterns that support business development in the UAE market.
  • Assist in preparing structured data sets for management and reporting purposes.
  • Work with the bookkeeping and accounts team to enhance accuracy and efficiency using data insights.
  • Generate dashboards, summaries, and reports for internal decision-making.
  • Research market-related data (e.g., client segments, UAE accounting trends) to support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, or Finance
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    data mining, data analysis, or database management
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
    will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial data analysis, especially in the UAE market.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.
