We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Mining Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in data entry, web research, lead generation, and working with U.S./Canadian directories or campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and extract data from online directories and business platforms (e.g., Yelp, YP, Whitepages, Houzz, etc.).
  • Conduct data mining and manual research to build targeted lead lists across industries.
  • Clean and validate data to eliminate duplicates, errors, and incomplete records.
  • Manage and update databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate quality leads and identify new data sources to support sales/marketing efforts.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on data sources, progress, and outputs.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to ensure lead quality and relevance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in data mining, lead generation, or web research.
  • Prior exposure to U.S./Canadian campaigns or directories is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, directories, and online platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and cleaning data.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM) with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow clear instructions.
