Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- 3 - 6 years of proven experience in project management or program coordination roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or in Japanese organizations is highly preferred.
