We are a dynamic and growing team looking for a diligent and reliable Office Boy to support our daily operations.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and hardworking Office Boy to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and maintenance tasks to provide a clean, organized, and efficient working environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain office cleanliness.
  • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Wash dishes and utensils in the office pantry.
  • Run errands and purchase office supplies, groceries, and other items as needed.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
  • Ensure the pantry is always stocked and tidy.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Age between 18 to 24 years.
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
