Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Fundraising:

  2. Identify and engage with potential corporate partners in Pakistan and internationally.

  3. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations, sponsorships, and partnerships.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  5. Portfolio Development:

  6. Create and manage a sustainable charity portfolio in Pakistan, aligning with our organization's global goals and objectives.

  7. Develop and implement project proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure funding.

  8. Collaborate with program teams to ensure effective project implementation and impact reporting.

  9. Target Achievement:

  10. Meet and exceed fundraising targets, contributing to the organization's overall revenue growth.

  11. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure fundraising success.

  12. Co-branded Projects:

  13. Identify opportunities for co-branded projects with corporate partners, enhancing our organization's visibility and reputation.

  14. Collaborate with partners to develop and implement co-branded projects, ensuring mutual benefits.

  15. Donor Relationship Management:

  16. Steward existing donors and partners, ensuring their continued support and engagement.

  17. Develop and implement donor retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.

  2. Skills:

  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Proficiency in fundraising software and tools (e.g., CRM, donor management systems).

  7. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, non-profit management).

  8. Language: Fluency in English (and local languages, if applicable).

Performance Metrics:

  1. Fundraising Targets: Meet and exceed annual fundraising targets.

  2. Donor Retention: Maintain a high donor retention rate, ensuring long-term relationships.

  3. Portfolio Development: Develop and implement a sustainable charity portfolio, aligning with our organization's goals.

  4. Corporate Partnerships: Secure new corporate partnerships and co-branded projects.
