We are expanding our dynamic team in Lahore and seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our night-shift operations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for confident and goal-driven US Call Center Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our US-based clients. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to enhance client value through our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute 200+ outbound calls daily to engage with US clients.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable support on our SEO, Digital Marketing, PPC, and web development services.
  • Proactively identify 3-5 weekly upselling opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Educate clients on service performance and recommend beneficial upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Matric / O-Level. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of SEO & Digital Marketing concepts is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and high emotional intelligence.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available for the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon-Fri) and work from our office in Lahore.
