This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Karachi. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and monitoring project costs, preparing and evaluating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), implementing cost control processes, and compiling detailed cost reports. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, consultants, and designers to ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial efficiency is achieved.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Proficient in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experienced in preparing and evaluating BOQ
  • Skilled in Cost Reporting and detailed cost analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
